We use various quality materials to build our decks, which will vary depending on the design, and customer requests. We use either poured concrete piers with rebar reinforcement or structural screw piles for foundations. We use pressure-treated nominal lumber for the deck substructure and other structural framing. For the decking itself, we use either pressure-treated deck boards, composite deck boards, PVC deck boards, or hardwood deck boards.

Changes or additions to a project are processed via a change order. Customers will be provided with a copy of the change order and can see exactly how the changes impact the project cost.
