Our experts will collaborate with you to explore various design elements, materials, finishes, and styles, ensuring every aspect of your dream deck is considered. This includes discussing your preferences, dislikes, and any unique features that your deck requires. Our goal is to create a personalized design plan that aligns perfectly with your vision and lifestyle needs.

Design Revision and Quote

Post-consultation, our skilled team transforms your ideas into a tangible plan. We present you with a bespoke deck design, complete with a 3D rendering and detailed selections for materials, finishes, and accessories. Understanding that perfection is a process, we welcome and encourage your feedback. Any necessary revisions are made collaboratively, ensuring your vision is precisely captured.

Following your approval of the design, be it the original or a revised version, we provide a comprehensive and transparent quote. This quote, along with the final design, 3D renderings, purchase agreement, and warranty details, is compiled into a formal project proposal, marking the next step toward your dream deck.

Permit, Construction & Enjoy!

Our commitment extends beyond design. We handle all the essentials, including securing the necessary building permits and ensuring compliance with the Ontario Building Code and local regulations. We also manage public utility locates before construction begins.

Our construction process is meticulous, progressing through stages from layout and footings to framing, flooring, finishing, and railing installation.
